Center Cut Steakhouse And Martini Bar Coming To Flamingo Las Vegas

Flamingo Las Vegas is delighted to announce its newest restaurant, Center Cut Steakhouse, set to debut this April. Following suit as one of the resort’s many recent additions, including the opening of Margaritaville Casino at the Flamingo in October 2011, the recently renovated FAB rooms that opened in January and the high-energy Mexican hotspot Carlos’n Charlie’s set to open this spring, the steakhouse will offer guests a posh eatery within the quintessential Las Vegas resort.

The menu will feature steakhouse favorites such as the 20-ounce rib-eye and the 24-ounce porterhouse, made with all natural premium beef sourced from Aspen Ridge Farms in Colorado. The beef will be provided by cows that are born and raised solely in the United States and are 100 percent hormone and steroid-free.

In addition to mouth-watering steaks, the menu will offer a wide variety of seafood dishes and other exquisitely prepared entrées such as the ultimate steakhouse Kobe burger and rack of lamb. Rounding out the menu will be an assortment of delicious salads, sides and desserts.

“Dining at an exceptional steakhouse is often part of a Las Vegas experience, and we aspire to satisfy that craving with Center Cut Steakhouse, “ said Rick Mazer, president of Flamingo Las Vegas. “Center Cut will offer guests great food in an inviting and stylish environment.”

Center Cut Steakhouse will house a large bar and lounge area offering a robust selection of specialty martinis in addition to classic cocktails, mixed drinks and wines by the glass. Happy hour will run daily from 4 p.m. to midnight and include 2-for-1 martinis and a tapas menu.

Guests can indulge in a variety of creative libations including the pomegranate lemon martini, a cool and refreshing cucumber martini or the Cut Diablo cocktail, made with tequila, orange juice, mint leaf, a splash of soda and garnished with a jalapeño stuffed with orange.

Located in the former Burger Joint space next to Tropical Breeze Café, the venue will accommodate up to 172 guests including the bar, lounge, restaurant and private dining room. The black and white décor with pink accents will provide a classic Vegas atmosphere while several plasma screens throughout the restaurant will showcase photo montages from the 1940’s to today. These images will pay homage to the 66 years Flamingo has been at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
