Chocolate Santa Claus Arrives At Jean Philippe Patisserie At Bellagio

Santa Claus has arrived at Jean Philippe Pâtisserie at Bellagio Las Vegas where he will remain sitting in his favorite chair throughout the holiday season. The five-foot chocolate Santa created by Jean Philippe Pâtisserie’s talented pastry team is made from 230 pounds of dark chocolate, 50 pounds of fondant and clad in a glistening suit fashioned with sugar icing.

Surrounding Santa’s chair are presents in all shapes and sizes, topped with festive fondant bows. Every element in this intricate display was hand detailed using cacao butter and pure gold powder and is sure to delight onlookers whether they’ve been naughty or nice.

Miniature chocolates that showcase Santa’s adventurous side and traditional Christmas symbols also are available. Selections include Santa building a sand castle, skiing and posing with one of his beloved reindeer.
