Click Here For The Wall Street JournalInspirada Las Vegas master plan will hold Toll Brother’s grand opening June 30 for the single family homes Coronado, Barcelona and Balboa home collections, four Castellos mansion-condominiums and three Casa Citta townhomes.

Ten on-site new model homes in Inspirada real estate are now under construction at the new master-planned community in the southern portion of the Las Vegas Valley in Henderson, Nevada.

Inspirada real estate is based on a traditional open streetscape community with seven villages surrounding a community center and central park. The Henderson neighborhood amenities will be within a quarter mile of the residents homes.

A unique feature this real doesn’t have are the block dividing walls between the commuities within the Las Vegas master plan.

Toll Bros. features new home floor plans with courtyard entries and front porches to continue the theme of the hometown lifestyle.

Toll Brothers at Inspirada includes five collections of Las Vegas home designs. There a total of 20 home floor plans, including expanded master suites, foyer entrances, dining areas, spa-like master baths and family rooms.

Prices of the new homes for sale in Henderson real estate begin in the $400,000s.

The Coronado, Balboa, and Barcelona designs square footage range from 2,320 to 3,495 square feet.

The Castellos Collection are the new Las Vegas condos for sale that range from 1,406 to 1,712 square feet.

Prices for the Castellos Collection of condos start from the mid $300,000s.

The luxury townhomes in Inspirada called the Casa Cittas Collection range from 2,736 to 2,796 square feet and prices starting from the mid $500,000s.

The residents of Inspirada will be able to enjoy a clubhouse with a media room, fitness room, tot lot and two pools.
