Trump Towers Las Vegas is nearing finishing of the gold exterior of the luxuy condo hotel. Not only does the exterior look fantastic and rich but so does the lobby. Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas hopes to set a new standard for Southern Nevada.

The condominium in Las Vegas, Nevada interior design firm is Design 360 Unlimited. Everything for Trump Towers is handmade and custom.

The 7 feet tall and 6 feet wide chandeliers have been designed specifically according to Trump. Each of the three chandeliers will great contain thousands of hand strung Austrian crystals.

The Mercer Las Vegas condos construction has begun. This is a mid rise condominium project with prices starting from $422,000 for a two bedroom home for sale.

The real estate development is located on 5 acres in southwest Las Vegas, Nevada. JDL Development from Chicago is grading the site.

Occupancy is expected for The Mercer sometime in summer 2008. The sales have been strong with approximately half of the Las Vegas homes sold.

Pinnacle Las Vegas luxury condos names Dick Corp. as general contractor. Pinnacle real estate, is a $740 million condo resort development with 1,100 units near the Orleans hotel. Dick Pacific Construction is the Honolulu, HI subsidiary of the Pittsburgh contractor who will oversee the daily construction of the real estate.

Some notable construction projects for the general contractor include the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas and the Venetian Las Vegas resort.

The urban style flats and two story lofts in Las Vegas, Nevada range from 1,000 to 2,600 square feet.

The price per square foot on average is $450 and priced from $450,000 to $1.6 million.

The 110 unit luxury homes in Henderson real estate first phase by Slade Development expected occupancy in October.

Las Vegas land acquired by real estate developer, R. Donohue Peebles, for a 4.5 million square feet of non gaming Las Palmas Las Vegas resort. Peebles has purchased the 13 acres, east of the Wynn Las Vegas Golf Course, for a cost of $1.6 billion to build a luxury mixed use resort which is the current site of the Las Palmas apartments.
