Paxton Walk Las Vegas real estate, a mixed-use, mid-rise development of condos and homes for sale in Las Vegas, incorporated the idea of hidden multi-level parking structures at Paxton Square and Paxton Walk real estate.

Each Paxton Walk condo building will be wrapped around concealed parking areas in a community-friendly and pedestrian design, according to the real estate developer of the coming northwest Las Vegas community, Blue Marble Development.

Owners of Las Vegas homes at Paxton Walk real estate will be able to enter secured and well-lit open air garages with remote access card keys and drive to the level adjacent to their front door.

Pedestrian bridges will also provide access from the parking structures.

Paxton Walk Las Vegas, a mixed-use 31-acre real estate development of 782 townhomes, Las Vegas condominiums, storefronts and restaurants is planned for the corner of Centennial Parkway and Tenaya Way in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley’s area of Centennial Hills real estate.

The Paxton Walk community in Las Vegas will contribute to making Centennial Hills a sought after area of Las Vegas as mixed-use development continues to increase in popularity among local residents, according to the real estate developer, Blue Marble Development.

Paxton Walk homes in Las Vegas will be able to enjoy many convenient shopping, dining and recreational activities on-site including Paxton Square Las Vegas.

Paxton Walk is scheduled for construction later this year, the project will comprise more than 6 acres of open space including three pools, 11 courtyards, meditation gardens and fountains, two clubhouses, and two fitness centers with massage and facial rooms. The 9,000-square-foot clubhouse in Paxton Walk will feature a billiards room, theater and a cabana room.

The Paxton Townhomes in Las Vegas will comprise 65 homes available in two floor plans. Home square footages will be 1,678 and 1,698. The new homes for sale in Las Vegas will offer two bedrooms plus a loft or three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a side or front courtyard and a two-car garage.

Echelon Las Vegas at Centennial Hills mid-rise condominium project continues construction at Deer Springs Way and Durango Drive. The $200 million Echelon Las Vegas condo real estate project will have six buildings with 372 Las Vegas homes.

Towne Vistas, a Nevada limited liability company, is the residential community on 15 acres at Durango Drive and Deer Springs Way.

The $200 million project will have six buildings with 372 homes centered around courtyards, priced from the high $300,000s to more than $1.5 million. Echelon home floor plans range from 1,064 square feet to 4,164 square feet. About one-fourth of the Echelon homes for sale in Las Vegas have been sold.

Las Vegas, Nevada real estate developers are building three story homes for sale in Las Vegas. Since Las Vegas land is becoming less available and construction pricing is going higher following construction trends like Chicago and New York, building up rather than out.

Half-dozen Las Vegas real estate developers are now trying their hand at three-story North Las Vegas homes in Southern Nevada, according to Dennis Smith, president of Homebuilders Research.

President Tom McCormick, of Astoria Homes, was a trendsetter for three-story Las Vegas homes. He began building his first three-story homes in late 2005, as part of its 1,254-home Tapestry development in Centennial Hills real estate, which 150 to 200 three-story residences will be included in the three-neighborhood project. The Las Vegas neighborhoods will be called the “Avenues,” “Courts” and “Lanes.” Of those homes, 480 homes in the “Lanes” neighborhood will include the tri-level Centennial Hills Las Vegas homes.
