City Crossing mixed use real estate in Henderson, Nevada seeks reorganization.  Plise Development, Las Vegas based developer, obtained $180 million in short term debt during the first part of 2007 which matured about four months ago.

City Crossing is a $2 billion development within 6 million square feet near the Henderson Executive Airport.  Real estate site improvements have started that include utilities, grading and roads.

City Crossing Henderson mixed use real estate filed for bankruptcy protection. City Crossing is a 6 million square foot, $2 billion development at Executive Airport Drive and St. Rose Parkway.

Two weeks ago, City Crossing 1 LLC, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy to reorganize $180 million.

The construction progress includes site improvements started last year including, roads, utilities and grading worth $30 million.

City Crossing Las Vegas commercial real estate ground breaking recently began for the 126 acre mixed use development worth $2 billion in Henderson, Nevada.

The plans for City Crossing will include 2,500 Las Vegas residential real estate units, two boutique hotels, 1 million square feet of restaurants and retail, and finally 1 million square feet of office space.

City Crossing Las Vegas mixed use real estate project in the valley is a $2 billion development located south of the Strip, near the planned M Resort and Henderson Executive Airport. The Plise Cos. Is developing the 126 acre include 1.5 million sf of class A office 600,000 square feet of retail, and 2,500 Las Vegas homes built around 17 acres of trails, public spaces and parks.

The 30-acre first phase, $500-million, scheduled to open in fall 2009, will include 160-room boutique hotel, 180 residential units, all of the office and 100,000 square foot of retail. Mortgage lenders from eight different companies are providing the construction financing. The entire Henderson real estate development expected completion by 2014.

City Crossing of Henderson real estate will change the city’s skyline from mostly short concrete office buildings.

Plise Cos. is planning for Henderson’s skyline office buildings as tall as nine stories as part of a 126-acre Henderson real estate development.

City Crossing is a 6 million-square-foot project that will include office, retail and residential space. As part of the total square footage, 1 million will be dedicated to office space; another 600,000 square feet will be used for retail, including fitness facilities, movie theaters and restaurants. The balance of the space in City Crossing will be in 2,500 residential units. Henderson recently approved the zoning change and project. Plise is still going through Henderson to determine the architecture and use mix and product type.
