Echelon condos at Centennial Hills Las Vegas, a mid-rise real estate development in the Las Vegas valley’s northwest, is attracting both investors and residents.
Centennial Hills real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada, is growing quickly. The Centennial Hills condominium development will include 372 homes within six buildings. Each building will feature a central courtyard and will be three stories, subterranean parking and a penthouse level.
A total of 11 Las Vegas luxury condos plans at Echelon are available, containing as many as four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, measuring 1,064 to 4,164 square feet.

Barbary Coast Las Vegas hotel wants 1031 exchange sale to Harrah’s Las Vegas in exchange for 24 acres of Las Vegas real estate near Stardust Las Vegas hotel, the future Echelon Place Las Vegas by Boyd Gaming Corp. Harrah’s Las Vegas has the land under contract to purchase from third parties, said Boyd Gaming.
The Las Vegas land transaction will give Boyd 87 contiguous acres on the Las Vegas Strip and the ability to develop future phases of its multibillion-dollar Echelon Place project, which is replacing the Stardust Casino. The addition of Barbary Coast will give Harrah’s control some 350 acres on the Strip.

Echelon Place Las Vegas a $4 billion mixed-use resort on the 63-acre Las Vegas land currently occupied by Stardust Hotel real estate. The mega resort will include 1 million square feet of Las Vegas convention and meeting space, 5,300 hotel rooms, 140,000-square-foot casino and 350,000 square feet of retail stores. It is expected to take four years to develop this massive Las Vegas commercial real estate endeavor.
Echelon Place Las Vegas by Boyd will only be second in single hospitality industry project to the $7 billion Project City Center by MGM Mirage.
In 2005 Boyd Gaming started planning the Las Vegas commercial project for the Stardust real estate after a strategy started in 1998 of diversifying by market segments and geographically.

Echelon Place Las Vegas real estate mega resort by Boyd Gaming isn’t going to be home to a broadway musical. According to an executive for Boyd partner Anschutz Entertainment Group, the Strip and the Great White Way simply do not meet.
“We’re not fans of the Broadway phase,” said John Meglen, co-CEO of AEG Live Tours & Special Events. “I’ve never believed that people come to Las Vegas to see Broadway. They go to New York for a broadway musical. That was proven in Las Vegas with the family shows. People don’t come to Vegas for family entertainment. They go to Orlando or Orange County,” Meglen said. Echelon Las Vegas at Centennial Hills mid-rise condominium project continues construction at Deer Springs Way and Durango Drive. The $200 million Echelon Las Vegas condo real estate project will have six buildings with 372 Las Vegas homes.
Towne Vistas, a Nevada limited liability company, is the residential community on 15 acres at Durango Drive and Deer Springs Way.
The $200 million project will have six buildings with 372 homes centered around courtyards, priced from the high $300,000s to more than $1.5 million. Echelon home floor plans range from 1,064 square feet to 4,164 square feet. About one-fourth of the Echelon homes for sale in Las Vegas have been sold.

Stardust hotel Las Vegas stops reservations after November 1, 2006 to make way for Echelon Place real estate.
$4 billion Echelon Place Las Vegas, developed by Boyd Gaming, will rise from the rubble of early next year.
Previously, Boyd Gaming said it would accept reservations into December, now November 1, is the stop date.
