Signature Homes Las Vegas is first local builder to participate in the Southern Nevada Green Building Partnership program. Signature Homes announced last week that they are the first local home builder to design and construct a more environmentally friendly or new “green” homes in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A program between the Green Building Initiative of Portland, Ore. and Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, called The Green Building Partnership, will provide local home builders and Signature Homes, the technical expertise and guidelines especially for the conditions in Southern Nevada real estate.
