Miss HOOTERS Girls International 2008 crowned Sara Hoots winner from San Antonio, Texas.  Sara has been a Hooters Girl in Selma, Texas.  As winner of the 12th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant she received $50,000 in prize money.  The beauty pageant and swimsuit competition brought together 128 Hooters Girl contestants from 446 Hooters restaurants around the globe crowning Hoots the best of competition.

HOOTERS Girls Las Vegas International 2007 swimsuit pageant winner is Breanne Ashley. Ashley was crowned Miss Hooters International 2007 at Planet Hollywood Resort.

Breanne Ashley, Hooter Girl for four years, was selected winner of over 125 Hooters Girls in the swimsuit pageant from an international selection of women. Ashley is representing Hooters of Newnan, Georgia, and will represent Hooters as Miss Hooters International 2007. The many career opportunities and prizes that come with the crowning are TV commercials, national marketing campaigns, featured in Hooters Magazine and take home $50,000 cash.

Hooters Las Vegas will stock store shelves this spring with energy shooters of Hooters waitresses on the can. Another unique marketing avenue for the company.

Scantily clad waitresses at Hooters restaurant serve burgers and chicken wings. Nationwide this spring they will launch a “Hooters Energy Drink” at convenience and grocery stores nationwide.

The energy drink market is a very competitive market. Hooters feels that when you think of them you’ll envision high energy. This energy drink is promised to be palatable.

The cans artwork will feature Hooters girls who some work at Hooters Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hooters Las Vegas Casino has signed a letter of intent to be purchased by NTH Advisory Group LLC, an investment group, for $95 million in cash and payment of some royalties. Hooters Casino Las Vegas, Nevada real estate has only been open for one year. NTH real estate investors would be responsible for any related costs of the sellers’ $130 million of 8 3/4% Senior Secured Notes due 2012.

NTH has a deposit of $1.1 million in a real estate escrow account by Feb. 12, 2007. The deal could be canceled for any reason during the inspection period.

155 East Tropicana LLC, is the owner of Hooters. This is a partnership of Florida Hooters LLC and EW Common LLC. The CEO of 155 East Tropicana LLC, Neil Kiefer, says the buyout offer was unsolicited and will provide an attractive return to the company’s owners.

The hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate has been unable to maintain an average hotel occupancy of 95% for Las Vegas hotels. The Las Vegas hotel was formerly known as Hotel San Remo Casino. Hooters Las Vegas is located a half a block from Vegas Boulevard.
