Vegas 888 Las VegasVegas 888 Las Vegas high rise condos developer Florida-based Del American, developer of Vegas Grand Las Vegas luxury condos on Swenson Street at Flamingo Road, has changed its business plan for the 8.6-acre site next to the Palms Las Vegas that was originally planned for Vegas 888 Las Vegas real estate. The developer now plans to build a mixed-use Las Vegas luxury resort hotel-casino.

Vegas Grand Las VegasVegas Grand Las Vegas condos 212-unit first phase, named Vegas Grand Bella Venezia I, has begun vertical construction by general contractor Summit Builders. Vegas Grand Las Vegas Bella Venezia II, which includes 213 mid-rise residences and a 12-story, 129-unit Las Vegas condo mid-rise tower, will begin construction soon.

The construction of juhl Las Vegas condo development in downtown Las Vegas real estate, has proven ideal for the urban landscape around it, according to the builder.

Mayor Oscar B. Goodman spoke at the Juhl Las Vegas condo construction ceremony.

“I want you to know in my heart, this could be the most important day for what myself and the City Council want to see happen in this wonderful downtown; it’s the heart and soul of the valley,” he said. “When we started, everyone was making fun of us and said it could never happen. Now, everywhere you look, you see Las Vegas high-rises going up, you see residential, you see commercial, you see cultural. The nay sayers are through.”
