Verge downtown Las Vegas condos have been on a sales roller coaster ride.  Last year there was a lot of press and hype about their one day condominium sales.  Lowered deposits fueled the excitement for downtown Las Vegas Nevada real estate.  Now the momentum has all but come to a screeching halt.

Verge developer is currently going through a $2 million redesign for the project located at Main Street and Bonanza Road in downtown Las Vegas, NV.

One Las Vegas condos on The Strip receives occupancy certificates. The two high rise 20 story luxury towers located near I-15 and Blue Diamond Boulevard have opened its doors for their first residents. Approximately 40 condos have closed escrow. The $150 million project first phase offers 359 units within the towers.

One condominiums join company with other nearby projects including Manhattan, Boca Raton and Park Avenue with Loft 5 condos construction is expected to finish soon.

City Crossing Henderson mixed use real estate filed for bankruptcy protection. City Crossing is a 6 million square foot, $2 billion development at Executive Airport Drive and St. Rose Parkway.

Two weeks ago, City Crossing 1 LLC, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy to reorganize $180 million.

The construction progress includes site improvements started last year including, roads, utilities and grading worth $30 million.

M Resort Las Vegas announced plans for 1 million square foot retail mall this week in the mixed use real estate project.

Anthony Marnell III envisioned his $1 billion M Resort and Las Vegas NV hotel similar to the outlying Red Rock Resort in Summerlin and Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nevada with one exception, a large shopping component.

Grand City Hotel planned for Downtown Las Vegas wants city approval. This plan for a 61 story hotel in Downtown would be located at the corner of Grand Central Parkway and Charleston Boulevard.

The commercial real estate is located near the Union Park master plan to the north. Space included would be almost as much as the Las Vegas Convention Center with 2 million square feet.

Viva Las Vegas mega resort project plans By Station Casinos unveiled. Station Casinos may outshine the $7.4 billion Project CityCenter Las Vegas. Their future real estate development would encompass 110 acres of west of I-15 and Tropicana Ave, current location of the Wild Wild West hotel, warehouses, restaurants and retail shops.

This would be Station Casinos Las Vegas biggest development in their history. Currently called Viva, a $10 billion planned mixed use real estate resort with a large casino, 5,200 hotel rooms in three Las Vegas hotels. A possible arena could be an option.
