Tickets for Insomniac’s Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas, went on sale today at noon Pacific Time. After hosting more than 230,000 amazing fans during Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas 2011, the world’s top musical and artistic talent will return to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) for the 16th Annual Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) on June 8, 9 and 10, 2012.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway real estate $54 Million Speedway Commerce Center II completed construction by Harsch Investment Properties. The Speedway Commerce Center adds 523,000 square feet of Speedway submarket of industrial warehouse space.
The Speedway Commerce Center is 1.4 million square foot, 95 acre, purchased from Bruton Smith of Speedway Motorsports in 2001 for $44 million. The primary tenant is Shelby Automobiles with 140,000 square feet.
Harsch in Las Vegas, Nevada expects to receive later this month the certificate of occupancy for eight buildings. TWC Construction was general contractor. They also built Henderson Commerce Center and Cheyenne Commerce Center and for Harsch.
Harsch has purchased Las Vegas, Nevada real estate for the past 10 years totaling 6.5 million square feet. There is also industrial space of 1 million square feet. They purchased this Las Vegas real estate for $32 a square foot.
This is a different commercial product type from Speedway I.
NASCAR Jeremy Mayfield will return to NASCAR competition for the first time since being fired last month by Nextel Cup team owner Ray Evernham.
Smith’s Las Vegas 350-kilometer NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race Sept. 23 will see Mayfield, who lost his Evernham Motorsports Nextel Cup ride, compete on the newly upgraded 1.5 mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway real estate.
Jeremy Mayfield will be driving No. 15 Chevrolet truck in the Las Vegas NASCAR race, confirmed by Billy Balley, which Balley’s team had won previously with Shane Hmiel.
Balley said he also plans for Mayfield to drive the truck at a race in Atlanta, Phoenix and the Miami finale. Las Vegas native NASCARKyle Busch will drive the truck Saturday in Loudon, N.H., trying to win his second race in four starts with the team this year.
