Tahiti Village Las Vegas Timeshare Starts New Construction

Las Vegas TimeshareTahiti Village Las Vegas timeshare by Consolidated Resorts on Las Vegas Boulevard sees new construction for its second tower of its $135 million flagship timeshare rental in Las Vegas real estate. The tower will be 10 stories with 284 units.

The second phase will be decorated and designed to the same standards of the 154 units in the $60 million first phase, Consolidated Chairman Michael Kaplan said. General contractor is Martin-Harris.

The 1,083 timeshare units should generate an estimated $1.5 billion in sales.

Westgate Resorts Las Vegas Condos at Planet Hollywood Hotel

Westgate Resort Planet HollywoodLas Vegas Aladdin Hotel receives $140 million face lift with set completion for the end of 2006 for this 2,587 room Las Vegas resort.

The Westgate Resorts Las Vegas timeshare and Las Vegas condos tower is located east on Harmon Avenue. The Las Vegas Planet Hollywood Towers, like the Strip façade, will be under a change of appearance.

Some construction inside of the Planet Hollywood casino will be removal of a lounge to create more casino space. There will also be a new 1,500 seat auditorium and a retail area. The Desert Passage shopping mall will have new signage and better pedestrian corridors.

Construction has been more complex and taken a little longer than expected because the property has stayed open while the crews continue with the remodel.

New Las Vegas Resort Property By Bluegreen Resorts

Las Vegas TimeshareBluegreen Corporation, a leading provider of Colorful Places to Live and Play(R), announced it has purchased approximately 10 acres of Las Vegas land near the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Paradise Road where it plans to build a new resort, preview center and retail complex. The company plans to begin construction of this new Las Vegas resort property and open its initial timeshare sales operations in during the third quarter of 2006.
