Sun City Anthem Real Estate By Del Webb Has A Community Center Plan
Sun City Anthem real estate by Del Webb homes has finished plans for a third activities center.
The activities center will be about a half a mile from Independence Center and Anthem Center, the first two facilities in the southern portion of Sun City Anthem.
The age qualified community will incorporate new amenities in an environmentally friendly design.
The construction could be completed in July 2008 with scheduled construction to begin in September.
