Loft 5 Las Vegas condos construction progress for building one of its first phase 136 units is expected completion in late February, almost two years after the condo project broke ground. Loft 5 Las Vegas is a $30 million South Strip real estate project.
These luxury Las Vegas lofts use engineered lumber and a three coat stucco system to the exterior of the buildings to give them straight lines.
Loft 5 real estate developers are using two independent walls, separated by an inch of air, making the lofts quiet. This is the extra effort Loft 5 developers go for a better product.
Vanguard Construction is the general contractor for this 10 acre site in Las Vegas, Nevada. There is usually 250 to 350 workers onsite daily.
The buildings at this mid rise condo project are all lathed in phase one with stucco applied on two buildings, sheet rock and interior insulation is being installed in buildings two and three and decks and windows are being placed in building four.

The Signature MGM Grand Residences Las Vegas high rise condos completion is set for mid-2007 for the third and final tower of The Signature MGM Residences condos. The second 40-story high rise Signature tower B was recently completed. The first Signature tower A debuted in June. Less than 90 of the 1,727 luxury condo-hotel in Las Vegas suites remain.

Boca Raton Las Vegas luxury condominiums is currently in the first phase of real estate construction on south Strip near South Coast Casino.
Las Vegas’ single-family housing market has seen some slowdown that has been well documented over the past several months, but the trend toward Las Vegas luxury condo living continues to gain momentum.
Several mid-rise projects are taking shape on the south Strip, the area of Las Vegas Boulevard from Sunset Road to St. Rose Parkway, including Manhattan Condos, Urban Village Brownstones and Loft 5 luxury condos.
Manhattan condo in Las Vegas have received its certificate of occupancy for the first building, Boca Raton has nearly completed its seven-story concrete and steel framework and Las Vegas Loft 5 condos are on track for move-in early next year. Centex Destination Properties is grading 15 acres for the first phase of Urban Village Las Vegas which includes brownstones.
“Vegas has slowed down … no. Are you kidding? It’s remarkable how well it continues to perform on a day-to-day basis,” said Centex Destination spokesman C.J. Julen.
