The 22nd annual La Cumbre Travel Summit kicked off in grand style today at the lavish Venetian and Palazzo Las Vegas resorts. Over the next two days, La Cumbre will host more than 1,000 delegates from Europe and Latin America.

Actors Winslet, Penn and Cruz return for 82nd Academy Awards’ Oscar show. All three living performers won Oscars in the acting categories last year will return to 82nd Academy Awards, announced the show producers Bill Mechanic and Adam Shankman. Kate Winslet will present with fellow winners and Sean Penn and Penélope Cruz on the March 7, 2010 Oscar telecast. (Heath Ledger won the Supporting Actor Oscar posthumously for his performance in “The Dark Knight” as the Joker.)

The new concert venue will accommodate 4,000 seats along with standing space for patrons to enjoy concerts, boxing, mma, corporate events and movie premieres.

Mayweather used his superior speed and superb defensive skills to win the WBC 154-pound title in his first fight at that weight. Boxing’s bad boy beat the Golden Boy in one of the most anticipated and richest boxing fights ever.
Mayweather Jr. couldn’t win over his father, or even the crowd. All he could win was the fight against Oscar De La Hoya.
The De La Hoya crowd yelled and roared with every exciting punch. Mayweather landed more punches than De La Hoya to take the win.
