The Studio at the Palms has state of the art technology and will release a series of live performances of select artists live.

Credit for housing mortgages now takes longer for luxury condo buyers in Las Vegas real estate. Condo hotel units are currently appraised at a significant discount from the contracted price several years ago. Some units are valued 30 percent less and the mortgage lender is lending on the current appraisal. Most Las Vegas condos on the Strip had a deposit from 20 to 30 percent down.

CineVegas 2008 Film Festival starts today at the Palms Las Vegas Hotel. This is the 10th year of the festival which runs until June 21, 2008 in Vegas.
The festival features near 90 films in nine days. Tonight the world premiere of “The Rocker” by Rainn Wilson at Brenden Theatres at the Palms Casino. Tom Hanks and Colin Hanks film “The Great Buck Howard” will premiere on June 21. Live questions and answers or tributes to Don Cheadle, Rosario Dawson, Viggo Mortensen, Sam Rockwell and Anjelica Huston.

Simon Restaurant at Palms Place Las Vegas opened today by chef Kerry Simon. The $7.2 million restaurant is a business partnership with Elizabeth Blau and Palms owner George Maloof. Another restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada includes the Simon kitchen + bar at the Hard Rock hotel casino.
Simon, managing partner, recently won the Iron Chef America award.

I approached the velvet ropes of the VIP line for the Roxanne Magazine issue release party entrance inside of the GhostBar at the Palms Las Vegas, NV hotel, I noticed the long line of beautiful people. The line consisted of a who’s who of the Las Vegas elite, including none other than Gavin Maloof, owner of the Sacramento Kings, the Palms Hotel, Playboy Tower and the newly opened Palms Place Condominium Tower.
