Local entrepreneur, Ken Henderson, partnered with Gary Decker, the founder of Pizza Lounge, to bring the restaurant to Las Vegas.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, famous for its award-winning, hand-tossed, coal-fired brick oven pizzas and calzones, introduces the mouthwatering Prosciutto Pizza for the month of April.
Chef Shawn McClain of ARIA Resort & Casino’s Sage Restaurant will debut his first casual restaurant, FIVE50 Pizza Bar, at the resort in spring 2013. The James Beard award-winning McClain will put his twist on East Coast and Sicilian-style pizzas, paired with an impressive selection of craft beers.
