Hard Rock Hotel42,000 square feet second Las Vegas Hard Rock Café opens this summer.  The huge restaurant and rock and roll memorabilia café will open its doors on July, 9, 2009.

The Hard Rock Café is a favorite eatery among Las Vegas visitors and had to open a second location, bigger and better, on the Las Vegas Strip across from the mega resort MGM Mirage Project CityCenter.  You can receive a heapin helping of autographed instruments, hamburgers and super sized guitars.

Las Vegas Comedian Hosts Hofbrauhaus Celebration Super Bowl Weekend

2009 Super BowlLas Vegas comedian hosts Hofbrauhaus celebration Super Bowl XLIII weekend.  The Super Bowl weekend hosted by comedian Carrot Top will be named “Tapping The Keg.”

A traditional keg tapping ceremony by Luxor Las Vegas hotel headliner will start the Super Bowl festivities at Hofbrauhaus at 7 pm on January 31, 2009.  A favorite restaurant for locals and visitors alike will celebrate with pro-football shaped meatballs great Bavarian beer and other specially created activities that continue onto February 1, 2009.

Recently, Steve Wynn discussed the list of restaurants for the $2.2 billion all suites hotel to the adjacent Wynn Las Vegas hotel.  The name of the restaurant was Theo’s, after the executive chef, Theo Schoenegger, of Los Angeles’ Patina.

Simon At Palms PlaceSimon Restaurant at Palms Place Las Vegas opened today by chef Kerry Simon. The $7.2 million restaurant is a business partnership with Elizabeth Blau and Palms owner George Maloof. Another restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada includes the Simon kitchen + bar at the Hard Rock hotel casino.

Simon, managing partner, recently won the Iron Chef America award.
