UFC SILVA VS IRVIN: Anderson Silva is winner with 61 second knockout. Saturday night at the Pearl Theater in the Palms Las Vegas the UFC middleweight champion advanced to the light heavyweight division in the extremely popular mixed martial arts league.
As a favor to Ultimate Fighting Championship president Silva fought in a higher weight class.

UFC SILVA vs IRVIN: Anderson Silva vs James Irvin official weigh in results. The Ultimate Fighting Championship card will take place on SPIKE TV at 9 pm ET/ 6 pm PT. The live action takes in the Octagon at The Pearl Theater at The Palms Las Vegas on July 19, 2008.
Six UFC newcomers will try their chance in the Octagon for the preliminary fights on July 19th.
