Mira Villa Las Vegas condominiums bankruptcy saga continues in court. Two motions were filed including a bond to pay for construction completion.

The Mira Villa condo appointed trustee has filed the motions to ultimately sell the development in Summerlin real estate near the luxury One Queensridge Place.

One motion is allow the sale of the completed mid rise condos to pay off the loan allow the sale of homes to the existing buyers. The second is a motion for a $46 million bond to finish the phase of construction, market and pay the mortgage interest of the existing loan.

Americas biggest open house in Summerlin real estate showcased 75 model homes for sale. Summerlin is located in west valley of Las Vegas real estate.

The developer of Summerlin, Nevada, is The Howard Hughes Corp. They planned an entire two days, March 15 and 16 of 20 neighborhoods with activities and incentives to attract potential new home owners to their master plan. This year the Summerlin master plan dropped to number 8 as the best selling. For most of the 1990’s they held the coveted number one position.

Westmark Homes in Las Vegas Nevada real estate has filed for bankruptcy protection on the luxury Mira Villa mid rise condos for sale in Summerlin.

Another development hit hard by during this credit crunch and tightening mortgage lending time.

Some buyers have received a bankruptcy meeting for March 3, while the bankruptcy paperwork was filed January 29, 2008. Westmark Homes is doing business as HDB LLC.
