Las Vegas homes sales and Las Vegas mls figures show an inventory increase for July, 2007. Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS, or GLVAR, reported condos, townhomes and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate increased over the previous record setting month. The multiple listing service listed 24,087 homes a 1.9 percent increase from June Las Vegas listings of 23,642. There were a total of 20,273 homes listed in June of 2006.

Due to the strong economic projections, large available inventory, decrease of median single family home prices this is the time for new home buyers in Southern Nevada.

Las Vegas homes sales figures and Las Vegas mls figures show an inventory increase for June. Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS or GLVAR reported the inventory of townhomes, condos and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate for June, 2007 reached a record of 23,642 homes eclipsing October 2006 inventory of 23,474 this past week.

The Las Vegas mls shows a single family home median price is $305,000 or a 1.2 percent increase from the previous month but a 3.2 percent decrease of $10,000 from 2006.

The homes for sale in Las Vegas mls number increased 2.6 percent from May 2007 and 18.1 percent from June 2007.

Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS or GLVAR reported the inventory of condos, townhomes and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate for May, 2007, almost reached record inventory at 23,000.

The Las Vegas MLS shows a single family home median price is $301,352 a 2.8 percent decrease from a year ago. This statistic is based off of 1,568 home sales during the month of May.

Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS or GLVAR reported the inventory of townhomes, condos, and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate in March, for the third straight month increased.

The Las Vegas MLS shows 21,287 in March, homes for sale on the multiple listing service, up 22.4 percent from a year ago and an increase from February. Townhomes and Condos for sale in Las Vegas real estate increased up to 6,000 condos and townhomes or 63.5 percent from last March.

Single family homes sales dropped 36.3 percent to 1,605 homes in March from the same month a year ago. Sales of Las Vegas condos were at 341 units down 47.2 percent.

Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS reported the inventory of townhomes, condos, and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada in February increased.

The Las Vegas MLS shows 19,639 homes for sale on the multiple listing service, up 11 percent from 17,675 in February 2006 and up 4.6 percent from 18,774 in January. Townhomes and Condos for sale increased 8 percent to 5,524 from 5,116 in January and up from 5,216 or 34 percent from last February.

The number of new listing on the mls have dropped in the past few months with the total listings are over 25,000.

Single family homes sales dropped 21.3 percent to 1,407 homes in February from the same month a year ago.

The townhomes and condos market were off 12.9 percent in February and 42.8 percent in 2006. There were a total of 277 condo sold in February.
