The streets of Venice are alive and in bloom at The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas with a first-of-its-kind floral installation at the resorts. The new summer display inspired by Venice’s Carnivale di Venezia celebrations took two years for the floral and horticulture teams to create from inception to completion.
LIPSHTICK – THE PERFECT SHADE OF STAND UP, a newly branded resident comedy series that marks the first time in the entertainment history of Las Vegas that the comedy stage will be taken exclusively by female performers. The new series will debut July 11 at The Venetian with appearances by daytime television personality Wendy Williams and will bring regular stand-up comedy performances from an opening roster of 14 critically acclaimed comediennes.
A Prosecco saber off started with cheers the eighth annual Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit and threw the destination into a flurry and fine wine and foie gras as world-renowned chefs descend upon Las Vegas this weekend. PANDA!, the first-ever Chinese produced show to take up a Las Vegas residency, will celebrate its 100th show at The Venetian And The Palazzo on Tuesday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m. PANDA! is produced by a team whose impressive credits include the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
A team of acclaimed chefs from Japan, China, Singapore and Australia are teaming up with American culinary luminaries Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Buddy Valastro to create THE NIGHT MARKET: EAST MEETS WEST, an authentic Asian-inspired outdoor food and beverage festival. The delectable night of food, fun and entertainment, part of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit, will be held in the Doge’s Palace plaza of The Venetian Las Vegas May 8 from 8-11 p.m.

Chef Daniel Boulud’s db Brasserie officially opens today inside The Venetian Las Vegas. The restaurant, which Boulud calls his ‘ideal brasserie’, is an updated version of French brasserie, with a contemporary twist and international appeal.
