World Market Center Las Vegas third building is leased ahead of schedule. Building C is a 2.1 million square foot building at the World Market Center real estate. This commercial building is worth $540 million and make the World Market Center 5 million square feet totalling $1.1 billion. The entire Las Vegas commercial development is scheduled for completion in 2013 with a total of 12 million square feet and worth $2 billion.
Shawn Sampson and Jack Kashani eight years ago thought of the idea of The World Market Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Three years ago the Related Cos. LP from New York, NY helped finance the project.

World Market Center Las Vegas real estate opened it’s second building totaling 1.6 million square feet along with hosting the Las Vegas Market, the home furnishing trade show and convention. The Center is 16 stories and worth $345-million of the total eight buildings that will cost $3 billion. The 12 million square feet in the eight buildings makes it the world’s largest trade show complex.
The 1.3-million square feet World Market Center Tower One building opened fully leased in July 2005. The $345-million Market Center Tower second building was fully leased in August. The largest World Market third building with 2.1 million square feet started construction in October and is scheduled for completion in 2008.
The World Market Center Las Vegas commercial real estate is an integrated hospitality and home contract furnishings convention complex and showroom in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate where manufacturers and designers and lease space to show off their latest products to worldwide wholesale buyers. There were close to 60,000 furniture designers, retailers, manufacturers and specifiers are expected to attend 1,200 exhibitors at three show locations.

World Market Center Las Vegas real estate is headed for an exponential expansion. Las Vegas Market, the organizing entity of the World Market Center, is looking at producing over a dozen additional trade shows per year, including a gift-industry market in Las Vegas. The gift-industry market would have a building only for the gift exhibitors.
Approximately 14 annual trade expos will be held at the World Market Center real estate once the market reaches its build out of eight buildings and 12 million square feet of exhibit space in 2013.
The Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency initially anticipated six shows, with that number growing to 15, including the two furniture shows. The third World Market Center building, Building C, 16-story tower, a 2.1 million square-foot, is expected to open in the summer 2008.
The market would eventually grow to produce trade shows focusing on furniture-related industries. There could be two large markets and 10 to 12 smaller markets. We’ll probably open up to a couple segments like lighting fixtures and floor coverings.

Las Vegas Jewelry Center approved by The City Council on Wednesday. Real estate developer wants to make Las Vegas a hub for international jewelry companies.
Council members voted unanimously to enter into an exclusive negotiating agreement with a Probity International Corp. affiliate. The deal would last for up to 18 months.
Robert Zernigan, founder and chief executive officer of Probity International, said he wanted to bring corporate offices of jewelry and gem companies into a 40-story or higher tower to Union Park. The tower would include a large retail space open to the public, as well as secured space where wholesalers could buy directly from manufacturers.
