The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas elevates the Las Vegas dining experience with world-class chefs and an inspired restaurant collection. This Thanksgiving holiday, a selection of the Las Vegas resort’s restaurants will offer uniquely tailored menus to help celebrate the start of the holiday season.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill
Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will offer a delicious prix-fixe $75 per person Thanksgiving menu. To begin, guests will enjoy a Butternut Miso Soup with lobster with chestnuts and scallions followed by an Autumn Salad complete with wild mushrooms, cranberries and Asian pears. For the main course, chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg present a Slow Roasted Turkey with truffle teriyaki, a Glazed Kurabota Ham with a sake and pineapple glaze, and Grilled Alaskan King Salmon with ume plum beurre blanc, all served family style. Sensational side dishes include ox tail and oyster stuffing, sautéed Asian broccoli with fried garlic, and mashed Japanese sweet potatoes. The dinner concludes with a sweet ending featuring ginger bread pudding with ginger ice cream and caramel sauce.

Comme Ça
Comme Ça, the bustling French brasserie by renowned Chef David Myers, will give guests something to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. The popular eatery will offer a delectable, family-style, prix-fixe dinner priced at $49 per person. The bountiful meal will start with a creamy locally-grown Gilcrease Orchards Pumpkin Soup complemented by a Garnet Sweet Potato Mille-Feuille . Next, guests can enjoy the Waldorf Salad which combines petite gem lettuce, toasted walnuts, granny smith apples, champagne grape gelee and lemon thyme emulsion. For the main course, patrons will feast on succulent Roasted Tom Turkey , accompanied by a signature Foie Gras Apple Stuffing, Green Bean Cassoulet, Comme Ça Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy . For dessert, patrons will fall in love with the restaurant’s Deep Fried Bourbon Pumpkin Pie served with huckleberry ice cream created by Comme Ça Pastry Chef Ramon Perez.

Scarpetta
Scott Conant, the celebrated chef behind Scarpetta, presents numerous festive additions to his classic a la carte Italian Thanksgiving menu. Guests looking to indulge in the savory flavors of the holidays can choose from a Roasted Pumpkin Soup ($20) highlighted by a red wine braised goose with white truffles or an Arugula Salad ($15) complemented by pecorino, grapes and crispy focaccia croutons. For a delicious take on the classic turkey, feast on the Buttermilk-Poached Turkey Breast ($36) with roasted roulade of leg meat, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy and wild mushroom stuffing. For dessert, enjoy the Spiced Poached Pears ($12) with Moscato zabaglione, gingersnap crumble and candied pecans. A variety of side dishes are also available ($9) including whipped potatoes, green beans and caramelized shallots, butternut squash and yam gratin with rosemary breadcrumbs, honey glazed carrots with pistachio and roasted Brussels sprouts with spicy sausage.

STK
STK is setting the table and stuffing the turkey with a very special Thanksgiving menu. In the spirit of giving, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Three Square Food Bank. STK Las Vegas’ Thanksgiving menu presented by chef Stephen Hopcraft offers a savory selection of pilgrim-inspired favorites including the classic Organic Traditional Turkey , complete with a succulent selection of confit dark meat, mouthwatering apple walnut stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce and rich brown gravy to top it all off. Enjoy a decadent Cheesecake Melange for dessert featuring pumpkin cheesecake with gingersnap crust, raspberry swirl cheesecake with white chocolate macadamia and peanut butter cheesecake with a banana and peanut butter brûlée crust. The Thanksgiving menu is offered at a prix-fixe price of $48 per plate with dessert available for an additional $14. Three Square provides food assistance for the residents of Lincoln, Nye, Esmeralda and Clark Counties.

Wicked Spoon Buffet
Known for its mix of top quality, familiar staples in addition to imaginative and seasonal small-plate dishes, the Wicked Spoon, a bustling culinary food hall, will be giving each of its stations a Thanksgiving-inspired flare. Chef Bradley Manchester will offer holiday masterpieces for both brunch and dinner including Butternut Squash Ravioli sautéed in brown butter and sage served alongside crunchy pumpernickel croutons, Pumpkin Gnocchi along with candied pepitas, hazelnut oil and balsamic vinegar and Orecchiette in Turkey Bolognese at the Italian station. At the grill and rotisserie, Thanksgiving classics with a twist such as Oyster Stuffing , Sweet Potato and Marshmallow Casserole will be served alongside balsamic glazed leg of lamb, brined turkey breast, bone-in ham and orange cranberry relish. The Wicked Spoon will be open for brunch from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and is priced at $29 or $37 for unlimited mimosas, bloody Mary’s or champagne. Children between the ages of 5 – 12 dine for $12. Dinner is from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and priced at $40 or $48 for unlimited champagne or wine. Children between the ages of 5 – 12 dinner for $15.
