The Vistas Village in Summerlin is one of the most popular in the area. Future home owners enjoy the location, dramatic village entry monuments, lifestyle amenities and architectural style of the village.
The dramatic entry monuments to the village include a 48 foot clock tower on both the southern and northern entries. Olive and cypress trees line the streets leading toward the monuments. As you could image, these are very recognizable in Summerlin real estate.
There are 28 neighborhoods located in The Vistas Village, two village parks, 30 neighborhood parks and Linda Givens Elementary School. The Vistas Community Park includes the first football field in Summerlin, two lighted tennis courts, a concession stand, two baseball/softball fields, play areas and a basketball court.
The Vistas Community Park second phase includes Vista Commons, a 6,000 square foot community center with both wading and swimming pools. Expected completion is set for 2008.
