As fans and customers gathered outside, Russel and Harrison joined fellow employees and members of the tournament staff to take photos and express their support for the hospital’s exceptional medical efforts provided to children with burns, orthopedic conditions, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate.

The staff members of the shop, which has become a tourist hot spot, pledged $1 of every t-shirt sold in the month of September to the Shriners Hospitals for Children for its continued dedication to providing advanced care, innovative research and outstanding teaching programs for children regardless of their ability to pay.

“We strongly support the mission of the Shriners Hospitals for Children, and it is an honor to have the opportunity to give back to an organization that serves numerous children and their families across Southern Nevada,” said Rick Harrison, owner of Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. “We were thrilled with the commitment displayed by the community and loyal customers who purchased t-shirts throughout September to assist in our contribution to the hospitals.”
