4 Course Tequila Dinner With Chamucos Tequila At Cantina Laredo May 22

The inaugural Tequila Dinner for tequila and Mexican fare enthusiasts alike at Cantina Laredo inside Tivoli Village will be May 22. Cantina Laredo has partnered with Chamucos Tequila for a spectacular, limited-seating, food and drink culinary journey.

The evening affair promises to be memorable with four specialty courses, each perfectly paired with a complementary tequila spirit. Cocktail service starts at 6:30 p.m. and dinner service kicks off at 7:00 p.m.

Cantina Laredo executive Chef, Damon Workman will craft four custom-courses of mouth-watering modern Mexican cuisine to weave the food and drink together.

Featured cuisine includes:

  • Course 1: Crab-corn quesadilla topped with habañero mango ginger salsa
  • Course 2: Guadalajara tomatillo guajillo soup
  • Course 3: Choice of

Grilled Halibut on banana leaf with roasted red bell pepper almond sauce, cilantro lime rice and sautéed green beans
Grilled black peppercorn filet, potatoes confit and sautéed green beans

  • Course 4: Homemade coconut ice cream served on a bed of toasted coconut, topped with fresh mango and raspberry sauce

Held in a private section of the restaurant, guests will have the opportunity to chat directly with Mark Howard, President of Chamucos Tequila and learn about the process of creating each unique tequila label while also gaining insight into the distinctive characteristics of the individual liquors.

Cantina Laredo is accepting reservations for the May 22 Tequila Dinner now through May 20. Seats are $49.99 per person and no-shows will be charge a percentage of the dinner price. Space is limited. For more information or to reserve your spot call 702-202-4511.
