Cabo Wabo Cantina By Sammy Hagar Introduces A Flavorful New Baja Menu
Cabo Wabo Cantina by Sammy Hagar inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino will introduce a tasty new menu filled with flavorful new selections beginning Wednesday, Nov. 28. The menu now features more of a Baja twist from the flagship restaurant and bar in Cabo San Lucas.
Delicious appetizers start at just $3.95 and include the Cotija Cheese Crusted Quesadilla served with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole; Baja Shrimp Ceviche prepared with gulf shrimp, jalapeño and spicy tortilla chips; Ahi Tuna Ceviche cooked with ahi tuna in a chipotle-shallot marinade and crispy tortilla chips; and Cheese Crisp made with house blend cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo.
New fajita selections include Grilled Top Sirloin, Chipotle Rubbed Chicken, Slow Roasted Pork Carnitas, Grilled Portabella Mushrooms and Spicy Grilled Gulf Shrimp, all cooked to perfection. All fajita selections come with guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, rice, refried beans and flour tortillas.
Savory new dinner selections include the Fish & Chips served with Mexican tartar sauce and hush puppies; Bacon Wrapped Shrimp stuffed with goat cheese and cilantro pesto; an all-new steak menu including Carne Asada Tampiqueña served with a cheese enchilada, guacamole, rice and beans; New York Ranchero topped with grilled onions, pico de gallo, papas and chorizo; and Mar Y Tierra including bacon-wrapped shrimp, papas and chorizo. Specialties and steaks start at $16.95.
Additional taco and enchilada choices include Crispy Chicken Tacos served with salsa arbol, lettuce, sour cream and cotija cheese; Shrimp Tacos made with cabbage, chipotle crema, pico de gallo and lime; Carne Asada Tacos made with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions; Baja Style Grilled Fish Tacos served with cabbage, chipotle crema, pico de gallo and lime; Pork Carnitas Tacos topped with cilantro and onions; Short Rib Enchiladas smothered in fire-roasted tomato sauce and house blend cheese; and Lobster Enchiladas covered in chipotle-brandy crème sauce and house cheese blend.
A variety of new sandwiches and burgers include the Wabolicious Cheeseburger made with pepper jack cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo; Jack & Coke BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger smothered in Jack & Coke BBQ sauce; Chicken Torta made with beans, pepper jack cheese and tomato; Carne Asada Steak Torta made with chipotle mayo, avocado and shredded lettuce; and Crispy Chicken Tender Sandwich served with ranch dressing. All sandwiches and burgers are served with crispy French fries.
