'Cougars & Cuervo' Wednesdays Kicking Off At Tacos & Tequila April 6
Tacos & Tequila (T&T) is calling all cougars. Kicking off Wednesday, April 6, cougars will flood T&T for Cougars & Cuervo Wednesdays. All women are welcomed to party like they’re not a day older than 21 every Wednesday night from 6 - 9 p.m. at Luxor Hotel and Casino.
T&T will also introduce its newest and appropriately named cocktail, “The Cougarita.†Made with Jose Cuervo Tradicional, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, muddled strawberries and blueberries and an ancho chile rim, this new cocktail is tasty, sexy and dangerous, as any cougar should be.
Additionally T&T will keep the party spicy with $5 shots of flavor infused Jose Cuervo Tradicional, $5 Dos Equis, and a shirtless “Hunk†mascot. The sexy cast of Excalibur’s Thunder From Down Under will also be on hand, heating up the night with appearances and ticket giveaways.
Hosting the inaugural event is The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Tamra Barney. This beautiful reality TV star is known for recently getting divorced, moving on to a younger, sexy man and becoming an independent woman.
Tacos & Tequila embodies the cool modernism of the Mexico City while incorporating traditional elements of Mexican style and high-end Las Vegas panache. The color mixture of old and new creates a vivid picture of brushed aluminum, dark wood, leather, bright fabrics and colored glass. The focal point of T&T’s design is its abstract sombrero composed of 20 brushed-aluminum panels featuring thousands of laser-cut images, including two 30-foot dancing, tequila-drinking skeletons. Lit from within, the breathtaking panels stretch across the entire length of the restaurant floor and across the common area, connecting the T&T retail store and walk-up daiquiri bar.
