E! News host and reality TV star Giuliana Rancic checked into The Palazzo on Friday with husband Bill Rancic for a fun-filled weekend in Las Vegas. The couple were joined by sports star Chicago Bears tight end Greg Olsen and wife Kara for dinner at Lagasse’s Stadium on Saturday.

Wearing a cheetah print dress that showed off her slender frame, Giuliana noshed on the restaurant’s specialities including wings and nachos and ordered a Skinny Girl margarita.
