Greens & Proteins Juice Bar Opens 2nd Las Vegas Location In Henderson
Greens & Proteins Healthy Kitchen and Juice Bar will kick off 2013 with a new Southwest location, due to popular demand, set to open in early January at West Flamingo and the 215 beltway.
Known for its fresh and flavorful food offerings, the new Greens & Proteins Las Vegas location will keep to the simplicity of eating clean with energizing juices and smoothies, health-conscious menu items and the debut of breakfast offerings exclusive to the new location. Highlights of the morning menu will include Protein Pancakes with organic agave syrup, Scrambled Tofu with tomatoes, basil and tofu chorizo, House Made Granola and more.
Greens & Proteins offers a wholesome array of fresh, made-to-order soups, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and pizzas all with a healthy twist along with the popular “Build Your Own Meal†option. Expect favorites like the Margherita Pizza, Bison Cheese Steak and Turkey Burger to remain as staples on the menu while vegan, raw, vegetarian-friendly and HCG diet meals will also be offered.
Speedy options are available for those desiring a quick and healthy lunch as an alternative to fast food.
Juices, fresh-blended smoothies and coffee drinks dubbed Greens and Caffeines complement the eatery’s signature fare. Tasty favorites including the popular Wellness Drink, which consists of green grapes, green apple, pineapple, orange, lime, wheat grass, kale, spinach, collard greens, ginger, flax seed and ice as well as the Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shake and The Chocolate Veggiechino continue provide a sweet fix while supplying key nutrients.
The kitchen is under the direction of Michael Trimboli, while noted vegan and raw food chef Stacey Dougan consulted on the raw food menu.
The new Greens & Proteins will be located at 9809 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV, 89147 and will be open from 7 am to 10 pm daily and offer indoor and outdoor seating.
