Pebble Place construction continues by general contractor, TWC Construction, of this office park in Henderson real estate. Pebble Place Henderson is a $4.3 million Henderson commercial real estate project’s site, slated to finish in the third quarter of 2006.
Construction of two wood-framed buildings and related site improvement work is progressing at Pebble Place, an office park being built on Pebble Road in Henderson.
Crews are working on the curbs, parking lot and landscaping, maneuvering around lifts and cranes that are being used for the Pebble Place Henderson construction.
The 4-acre Henderson Nevada commercial real estate site is in one of the fastest-growing submarkets of the valley, near the Las Vegas Beltway and Eastern Avenue.
Each two-story building will provide 26,000 square feet of Henderson Nevada office space in an environment of declining vacancy rates in the Las Vegas office market.
Restrepo Consulting Group reported second-quarter office vacancy of 8.8 percent, down from 11.2 percent a year ago, on a total inventory of 32.4 million square feet.
