Eliciting perfect harmony flavor combinations, the Guy Savoy and Krug teams have bookended the courses paired with Krug Grande Cuveé and Krug Rosé. For adventurous guests wishing to customize the experience even further, the Restaurant Guy Savoy wine list features one of the most extensive offerings of Krug Champagnes in the country.

An interactive journey, diners at the Krug Chef’s Table enjoy the company of Olivier Krug, sixth generation Maison director of Krug, and Chef Guy Savoy as the two culinary visionaries lead guests through the experience and define their dedication to fine craftsmanship and quality via a customized iPad application. Bringing the kitchen even closer to the table, the application offers guests an up-close view of Restaurant Guy Savoy’s stellar team of chefs at work from a live video feed of the menu creation from start to finish.

From the exclusive Krug Chef’s Table, diners have the option to observe four different stations inside the impeccable kitchen and adjust the camera angle for optimal viewing. Additionally, the application features social web access and a virtual guestbook, encouraging guests to join the global community of Krug Lovers.

The only Krug Chef’s Table in the United States and one of fewer than 10 dedicated Krug spaces in world, the design of the private space evokes the elegance of the storied Champagne House and displays Guy Savoy and Krug’s shared passion for the art of entertaining. A sculpted chandelier constructed from a series of Krug bottles illuminates the table below, set with custom Bernardaud china embellished with the Krug crest and flanked by Krug’s signature Le Joseph glasses.

Designed by Riedel exclusively for Krug, the shape of Le Joseph glass enables the Champagne bubbles to reach their optimal expression, amplifying the facets of Krug’s Prestige Cuvees ‐ scent, taste, and aroma, in all their subtlety. Photo credit: Caesars Palace
