Qua’s yoga master Swami Ramanada will establish an individual’s dosha by first determining the body’s Ayurvedic pulse. He will then determine the guest’s dosha according to individual elements within the body including: Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (water). Customized suggestions, which may include diet and nutrition, herbs and supplements, aromatherapy, gem and color therapy, yoga or meditation, will help guests balance their dosha which may lead to a healthier, more balanced life.

Caesars Palace offers several yoga classes including Rejuvenation Yoga with guided mediation, a tranquil practice that seeks to eliminate stress and assist with balance between mind and body awareness (available Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.). The most recent addition to Qua’s lineup is Dance Yoga, an innovative class incorporating classic yoga poses with choreography inspired by a traditional form of dance in South India. The class works to elevate the heart rate while focusing on body alignment and breathing techniques (available Tuesdays at 6 p.m.).

The price per class is $15. All classes are led by Ramananda and offered in Qua’s intimate Tranquility Room. With more than 40 years of yoga experience, Ramananda’s practice strongly focuses on rhythmic breathing and guided meditation.
