The new homes community is one of eight subdivisions in North Las Vegas real estate by Lennar.
The floor plans range from 1,630 to 2,060 square feet. The plans offer three and four bedrooms, up to three bathrooms and two car garages.
Included elements include raised panel cabinetry, stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a microwave cultured marble vanity tops and granite kitchen countertops. Lennar’s Everythings Included also offers window coverings throughout the home, a washer and dryer, too.
