SHe by Morton's Steakhouse Serves Las Vegas Locals A Deal This Summer
SHe by Morton’s, the stylish steakhouse located just steps away from ARIA and The Shops at Crystals, will offer a prime deal to all Las Vegas residents. Locals who present their Nevada IDs at dinner will receive a 20 percent discount Sunday through Wednesday, beginning Monday, June 17.
The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Erick Stecher, was designed for sharing, and even dedicates a section of the menu to an array of dishes designed as individual bites. The “Sharing†selections include Crab Cake Minis, served with sundried tomato and caper lemon beurre fondue; Little Big Royales, mini burgers topped with house-made sauce and cheddar served on a toasted bun; and Sea Bass Bites, served with ponzu glaze, cilantro yogurt and avocado, among others.
“SHe Cuts†include the 6 oz. center cut filet and 8 oz. center cut rib-eye; “He Cuts†range in size from the 8 oz. center cut filet to the 22 oz. Chicago-style bone in rib-eye; and “We Cuts†include the 32 oz. bone-in New York and the 40 oz. Porterhouse, each serving two guests.
