Sin City Gourmand Vegas Uncork'd Dinner By Chef Michel Richard May 9
’Sin City Gourmand,’ a Vegas Uncork’d Master Series Dinner by Chef Michel Richard of Central Michel Richard Las Vegas restaurant at Caesars Palace hotel. It will be a celebration of wine, food and spirits for the annual foodie event by Bon Appétit on Thursday, May 9 at 7 p.m.

James Beard award-winning Chef Richard and Executive Chef Todd Harrington will create a gourmet meal to please the palate of every foodie enjoying Vegas Uncork’d. The six-course affair will begin with creamy avocado gazpacho, followed by Yuzu yellowtail carpaccio.
Hearty entrée courses will include blackened red snapper with lemon butter and cauliflower; pork belly confit with barbecue sauce and braised lentils; and roasted veal chop with maple-carrot puree and young vegetables. Orange cheesecake flan will serve as the dessert finale.
