Treat Mom and make her feel special this Mother’s Day by celebrating with a mouth-watering selection of brunch and dinner entrees at Top of the World Restaurant At The Stratosphere, offering award-winning cuisine and unmatched sweeping views 106 floors above the Las Vegas Strip. Diners seeking a more casual atmosphere can enjoy McCall’s Heartland Grill, which offers a special Mother’s Day prix fixe selection or regular menu.

“We know that Mother’s Day is special for a number of reasons, so we’ve adapted the menus to reflect that and to ensure the dining experience is one to remember,” said Rick Giffen, Executive Chef Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower.

Mother’s Day Brunch features several special menu items including sun-dried blueberry pancakes with lemon mascarpone, served with chicken apple sausage, fresh mixed berries and maple syrup for $25. Other special items include individual quiche with leek, roasted tomato, bacon and four cheeses served with baby kale salad accompanied with spiced vinaigrette for $26 and petite filet Oscar with crab and demi-glace béarnaise sauce, served with roasted asparagus and potato cake with English peas, corn and red bell pepper for $39.

Brunch is served 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Mother’s Day Dinner will feature roasted Alaskan halibut served with spring succotash, a medley of corn, fava beans, tear drop tomatoes and English peas and served with citrus parsley butter for $48. Top of the World’s regular dinner menu will also be available.
Dinner is served 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
