West Park Homes Welcomed Into Summerlin Centre By William Lyon

West Park Villas in Summerlin features two and three-story townhomes for sale in Summerlin that range from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s. The eight available West Park home floor plans feature Spanish or Italian-style architecture.
West Park Courtyards Summerlin features two-story designs that range from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet and are priced from the high $300,000s to the mid $400,000s. Each Summerlin new home for sale by William Lyon Homes features a private courtyard.
Both projects are geared toward homes in Summerlin buyers looking for an urban environment, according to Julie Cleaver, director of planning for The Howard Hughes Corp., Summerlin real estate developer.
“West Park is not your cookie-cutter neighborhood,” Cleaver said. “It’s a neighborhood that combines suburban amenities with urban living, giving home buyers the best of both worlds.”
The Summerlin Las Vegas townhomes are within walking distance of a new Red Rock Resort and a 1.2 million-square-foot retail center. It also features a park with a spa, wading and swimming pools, playgrounds, barbecue areas and lawns.

When complete, the Summerlin Las Vegas townhome subdivisions will comprise 191 villas and 113 courtyards by William Lyon Homes Las Vegas. Ryland Homes is also building single-family homes in West Park that range from 1,659 to 2,978 square feet.
Prices start from the high $300,000s to mid-$500,000s.
Summerlin Centre, a 1,300-acre mixed-use village, is planned as a “downtown” area of Summerlin.
The village, parallel to Charleston Boulevard, includes more than 1,400 Summerlin homes, a private junior/senior high school, and a variety of shopping centers and office parks.
Plans call for a 1.2 million-square-foot regional retail center, more than 200 additional acres of residential development and additional office parks.

Summerlin real estate comprises 22,500 acres along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley and has more than 92,000 residents. There are 7,500 acres remaining for real estate development.
