Event Info: Silverton Casino Hotel invites guests to enjoy New Year’s Eve with a phenomenal deal and an evening of partying as 2013 rolls in! For $20, guests will receive an all you can drink wristband valid at all casino bars from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. The wristband gets you access to the DJ Dance Party beginning at 10 p.m. inside Veil Pavilion. Dance the night away to endless music by various DJs, enjoy a champagne toast at midnight and much more. Join Silverton Casino Hotel and start the new year on a high note!

New Year’s Eve Specialty Menus

Venue: Twin Creeks Steakhouse
Three-Course Menu includes: Yukon potato and caramelized leek soup with sliced black truffle fingerling chips or Mixed winter greens salad with triple cream brie, Asian pear, candied pecans and a champagne vinaigrette. Seafood risotto with pan seared scallops, Maine lobster and sea bass tossed with asparagus, tomato, wild mushroom, parmesan, micro greens and finished with a lemon butter sauce or a Grilled 14-oz. Bone-In filet with grilled asparagus, king trumpet mushrooms, blue cheese potato puree and a veal-demi-glace. Guests can also choose between a warm chocolate molten cake, classic crème brulee or mixed berries with Chantal cream for dessert.

Five-Course Menu includes: Maine lobster claw cocktail with sea beans, lemon, drawn butter and cocktail sauce or a Twice-baked parmesan soufflé with crispy prosciutto, basil pesto, roasted tomato aged balsamic and parmesan.
