Disney star, Brandon Smith, was seen celebrating a friend’s 21st birthday at Cabo Wabo Cantina Sunday, February 27. In town from LA for the weekend, Smith and his friend enjoyed a snack of chips, salsa and guacamole while laughing on Sammy Hagar’s Cantina patio overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

The star of “Sonny with a Chance,” “Starstruck” and “Phil of the Future” wore a black fedora and a knit sweater on the beautiful cool Sunday.
