Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar Offers A New Sunday Brunch Menu April 21
Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar, serving legendary pizza for more than 40 years, is adding an all-new Sunday brunch to its already popular menu starting April 21. Guests can enjoy an array of delectable dishes from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
“While we are known for world famous pizza and other specialty items for lunch and dinner, we did not have any items that satisfied the weekend breakfast or brunch crowd. It’s the perfect time of year to open up our beautiful patio for a great Sunday morning experience. We created a brunch menu that stayed true to Dom DeMarco’s quality and roots while offering diners sweet and savory items to enjoy on a leisurely Sunday,†said Albert Scalleat, partner of Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar.
The Las Vegas pizzeria has created a variety of mouth-watering brunch items and a morning beverage menu for guests to indulge such as the savory Deep Dish Pancake with Caramelized Apples, served with fresh berries and maple syrup, Ricotta & Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast and Egg White Frittata with mushrooms, asparagus and a tomato basil relish. Continuing the specialties is the satisfying Morning Roast Porchetta, comprised of slow roasted pulled pork with herb-roasted potatoes or the Meatball Benny, a twist on the traditional Benedict made with Grams’ secret recipe.
Dom patrons will also be tempted to try the new brunch pizzas: Ham, Bacon, Egg & Four Cheese and Mushroom Spinach & Egg, additions to the famous lineup of pies like the legendary Di Fara Special, Big Apple and Quattro Formaggio. For the ultimate brunch experience, Dom’s features a Bloody Mary Bar with more than a dozen hot sauces, crispy bacon and garnishes in addition to Venezia Bellini, classic mimosas, fresh squeezed orange juice among other specialty drinks.
Dom DeMarco’s features classic New York-style pizza and square pies, pasta, salads, sandwiches and desserts served in a stylish, casual and fun environment.
