Extending its hours during the week, the gastropub will open its doors beginning at 11 a.m. Monday – Friday, offering the unique pub fare from the signature menu. In addition, available every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the restaurant serves a seven-item brunch addition for early-risers or those searching for the perfect afternoon hangover cure.

Dropouts can kick the weekend up a notch with adventurous and playful twists on classic morning cuisine including the Cap’n Crunch Crusted French Toast with fresh raspberries or the appetizing Chicken Fried Pork Chop served with sausage gravy and over-easy eggs. Choose from the gastropub’s raw bar and antipasti selection before diving in to the hearty Breakfast Burrito or the Egg Sandwich topped with avocado, bacon and American cheese.

For lighter options, the brunch menu also offers the Egg White Scramble with chicken, roasted mushrooms, grilled asparagus and Fontina cheese or the Strawberry Yogurt complete with toasted almond granola and bananas.

Traditional morning libations with a splash of creativity add to the menu offerings including the Bacon Bloody Mary with bacon-infused vodka, Worcestershire, cracked pepper and spiced tomato or The Banjo Strum combining gin, orange juice and tap beer.

Culinary Dropout is open seven days a week at Hard Rock Las Vegas: Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 11 a.m.to 2 a.m., Saturday from 9 a.m.to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m.to midnight. For reservations, call 702-522-8100.
