Due Forni Pizza & Wine presents warm seasonal specials crafted by Chef Carlos Buscaglia. The handful of savory selects will join the list of signature menu items this winter season at the cozy Summerlin eatery.

Guests can enjoy gourmet Italian cuisine with palate pleasing specials such as Warm Goat Cheese with Nueske’s Smoked Bacon drizzled with honey and served with crisp sliced apples and fresh baked bread and Seared Sea Scallops and Caramelized Brussel Sprouts with Nueske’s smoked bacon, cipollini onions and a potato puree.

Heartier options include the Roasted Lamb Chops, Crispy Mascarpone Polenta and Heirloom Cauliflower all over a celery root puree and Hanger Steak served with fontina potato gratin, shiitake mushrooms, cipollini onions and finished with a salsa verde. Finally, complete the feast with Eggnog-Flavored Panna Cotta topped with vanilla gelato and fall-spiced candied walnuts.
