Echelon Las Vegas At Centennial Hills Continues Construction
Echelon Las Vegas at Centennial Hills mid-rise condominium project continues construction at Deer Springs Way and Durango Drive. The $200 million Echelon Las Vegas condo real estate project will have six buildings with 372 Las Vegas homes.
Towne Vistas, a Nevada limited liability company, is the residential community on 15 acres at Durango Drive and Deer Springs Way.
The $200 million project will have six buildings with 372 homes centered around courtyards, priced from the high $300,000s to more than $1.5 million. Echelon home floor plans range from 1,064 square feet to 4,164 square feet. About one-fourth of the Echelon homes for sale in Las Vegas have been sold.
Steve Aizenberg of Royal Construction Co., general contractor and builder of Spinnaker Homes Las Vegas, said completion of the first Echelon homes are scheduled for late summer 2007.Â
Amenities at Echelon Las Vegas condos include a two- story clubhouse and fitness center, swimming pools, meeting rooms, business center, tennis court and walking paths. Each Las Vegas condo comes with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, computer alcoves and pre-wired alarm.
Echelon at Centennial Hills is part of a growing trend toward mid-rise residential projects in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate. Manhattan Las Vegas condos on the Strip have closed escrow on early units. Boca Raton Las Vegas and Loft 5 Las Vegas are progressing in the same area. C2 Lofts Las Vegas condos in Summerlin Las Vegas, Red Rock real estate, and 17th & Vine and Vantage Lofts in Henderson are also nearing completion. The latest announcement is Paxton Walk in the northwestern valley.
Restrepo Consulting Group, John Restrepo, said we’re going to see more “podium”-style buildings, four or five stories of wood-frame Las Vegas residential units on top of a concrete parking garage.
