'Git-R-Done' Larry The Cable Guy Performs At Cannery Casino April 21

Stand-up comedian and actor Larry The Cable Guy, known for his humorous perspective on American life and his signature phrase, “Git-R-Done,” will appear Saturday, April 21, 2012 at the Cannery Casino at 8 p.m.

The former radio disc jockey who began his career in Blue Springs, Missouri, found tremendous success entertaining crowds in sold-out theaters and arenas across the United States. So far, Larry The Cable Guy has recorded eight comedy albums, three of which were certified Gold, selling more than 500,000 copies. A Very Larry Christmas was his first Platinum record, selling more than 1,000,000 copies.

In addition to television specials for networks including CMT and Comedy Central, Larry the Cable Guy starred in several movies including Witless Protection, Delta Farce , Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector. Larry is also known to millions of children as the voice of Mater in the Golden Globe winning animated feature film Cars and Cars 2.

Currently, Larry is host of Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy on the History Channel, which is now filming its second season. Each week, Larry visits sites around the country revealing bits of real history and immersing him in new and different lifestyles, jobs and hobbies—delighting audiences along the way.

Opening for Larry The Cable Guy is comedian Reno Collier.
