KGB: Kerry's Gourmet Burgers Introduces New Monthly Burger & Shake

KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers at Harrah’s Las Vegas will offer new monthly burger and shake combos through the end of the year, presenting diners with fresh menu items to try. Each flavorful burger and shake creation, crafted by Chef Kerry Simon, is only available for its designated month. Ordered separately, the burgers are $14 and the shakes are $6, while the burger and shake of the month combo is $18.

The tasty combination for September is Chef Timothy Davis‘ winning burger and strawberry cheesecake milkshake. A 10-year employee of Caesars Atlantic City, Chef Davis is currently the manager and chef of the Diamond and Seven Stars lounges. Chef Davis’ deliciously crafted burger recently prevailed in the Best Burger Battle 2012, a company-wide national burger challenge involving several hundred competitors from Caesars Entertainment restaurants around the country.

The prize-winning Angus beef burger is delightfully topped with bourbon-caramelized onion, mayo, candied bacon, sharp cheddar, mixed greens and tomato, all served on an onion roll. Accompanying the burger in the September special is the strawberry cheesecake milkshake made with homemade cheesecake ice cream swirled with strawberries and garnished with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

For the month of October, guests are invited to enjoy the chimichuri burger paired with the Neapolitan milk shake. The eight-ounce beef patty flavored with chimichuri is served with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, apple-wood smoked bacon and pepper jack cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bun.

The Neapolitan milkshake complements the chimichuri burger and is made with homemade vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice creams and is garnished with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

The delicious creations for November are the Rueben burger and pumpkin spice milkshake. Topped with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese with a choice of Russian dressing or whole grain mustard, the eight-ounce beef patty served on a rye bun is full of flavor.

Alongside the burger is the festive pumpkin spice milkshake made with homemade spiced pumpkin ice cream, garnished with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

Ending the year, the steakhouse burger and mint cookie milkshake is available for the month of December. The savory burger is covered with house-made tangy steak sauce and a choice of cheese, served with mixed greens, roasted cherry tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, apple-wood smoked bacon, crispy onions and garlic aioli on an onion roll.

The burger is complete with the mint cookie milkshake made with homemade mint cookie ice cream and garnished with whipped cream and cookie crumbles at KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers.
