Walzog offers guests authentic regional products from waterways across the globe with freshness and seasonality prominently showcased. While Lakeside focuses on the best of the sea, a selection of prime-aged steaks, chops and succulent prime rib of beef also round out the bill of fare.

“As the restaurant celebrates its first anniversary it has become clear that our guests are looking for a seafood-focused dining experience that offers classic, comforting and delicious dishes,” says Walzog. “We have sourced the finest ingredients available to meet that demand and have created approachable dishes that people will love.”

Guests of Lakeside can end their meal on a sweet note with desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Kimberly Valdez. Lakeside’s signature dim-sum style “Sweet Cart Named Desire” offers desserts divided into nutty, chocolaty, creamy and fruity categories—a playful approach that encourages diners to sample several sweet selections.

Lakeside offers a unique experience that blends fine dining with the fun and energy of a lounge setting, where guests can enjoy an imaginative menu in a striking and stylish atmosphere. Open nightly for dinner, Lakeside also offers open air dining providing guests with stunning views of Wynn Las Vegas’ famed Lake of Dreams.
