Lynyrd Skynyrd Announces 7th Sailing of Simple Man Cruise On Norwegian

Rock Legends Lynyrd Skynyrd, in partnership with Sixthman, the industry leader in music festivals at sea, will be once again bring fans and bands together for the seventh sailing of the popular Simple Man Cruise. This southern rock vacation experience at sea will depart from Miami, FL onboard Norwegian Pearl, to port stops in Key West, FL, and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas, a private island destination reserved just for the guests of Simple Man Cruise, from October 20 – 24, 2013.

Fans will experience a Lynyrd Skynyrd Sail Away Concert on the pool deck, a main theatre performance by the band and a chance to have their questions answered directly by the band during the Lynyrd Skynyrd Q&A session. Additional performing artists, theme nights, and artist-hosted activities will be announced in the coming months.

Norwegian Pearl offers Simple Man Cruise guests access to 13 bars and lounges, 19 dining experiences, a pool, four hot tubs, and a luxurious spa offering a range of treatments. Onboard concerts aren’t the only things that rock on Norwegian Pearl - guests looking for more activities can visit the outdoor climbing wall, bowl a few frames, or tempt lady luck in The Pearl Club Casino. Simple Man Cruise guests will also have the opportunity to explore the sandy beaches of Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas, their very own private island getaway.
